目的:探讨原发性卵巢弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:报道1例原发性卵巢弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理资料及术后免疫组化结果,并阅读及复习国内外相关文献。结果:该例患者为(右)卵巢弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,积极治疗后现考虑肿瘤复发。结论:原发性卵巢弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤罕见,确诊依赖于术后病理及免疫组化,预后不佳,常采用以手术为主,辅以化疗和放疗的综合治疗。  相似文献

Context: To investigate the feasibility of combining the lower-limb exoskeleton and body weight unweighing technology for assisted walking in tetraplegia following spinal cord injury (SCI).

Findings: A 66-year-old participant with a complete SCI at the C7 level, graded on the American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) as AIS A, participated in nine sessions of overground walking with the assistance from exoskeleton and body weight unweighing system. The participant could tolerate the intensity and ambulate with exoskeleton assistance for a short distance with acceptable and appropriate gait kinematics after training.

Conclusion: This report showed that using technology can assist non-ambulatory individuals following SCI to stand and ambulate with assistance which may promote general physical and psychological health if used in the long term.  相似文献

Brain glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the central nervous system, and one of the leading causes of death in patients with intracranial tumors. The clinical outcome of glioma is usually poor due to abundant vascularity, fast growth and susceptibility of invasion to normal brain tissues. Our microarray study showed that lncRNA-LINC01116 was significantly upregulated in glioma tissues and played an important role in cell proliferation, cycle, migration, invasion and angiogenesis. In addition, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFA) may be the major target genes in the downstream of lncRNA-LINC01116. Dual luciferase assay showed that LINC01116 and VEGFA both contained a miR-31-5p binding site, and LINC01116 could regulate the expression of VEGFA through competitive absorption of miR-31-5p. RNA immunoprecipitation indicated that LINC01116 and VEGFA were present in the miR-31-5p-RISC complex, and biotinylated miR-31-5p pull-down assay suggested that there was a competitive relationship between LINC01116 and VEGFA to bind with miR-31-5p. Collectively, our study has identified a novel lncRNA-LINC01116 and clarified the role and mechanism of LINC01116 in the tumorigenesis of glioma. LINC01116 may prove to be a potential target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma.  相似文献

Identification of deleterious variants in hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) susceptibility genes allows for increased clinical surveillance and early detection, and could predict the response to poly (ADP‐ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor in patients with advanced ovarian carcinomas. To determine the prevalence and clinical prediction factors for HBOC syndrome, 882 selected individuals underwent multigene panel testing for HBOC risk assessment during the period from January 2015 to March 2018. Overall, 176 deleterious mutations were observed in 19.50% (n = 172) of individuals. Twenty‐six of 176 mutations could not be retrieved in related public databases and were considered to be novel. Among patients with ovarian cancer, 115 deleterious mutations were identified in 429 patients (48.6%) with significant enrichment for a family history of breast or ovarian cancer syndrome (P < .05). In the breast cancer subgroup, 31 deleterious mutations were identified in 261 patients. Besides BRCA1 (8; 25.8%) and BRCA2 (11; 35.5%), the most frequently occurring genes, an additional 12 deleterious mutations (38.7%) were found in seven other susceptibility genes. Higher mutation incidence (57.9%) was observed in subjects with histories of breast and ovarian cancer. Our results highlighted the genetic heterogeneity of HBOC and the efficiency of a multigene panel in carrying out risk assessment.  相似文献

There are a number of patients who develop severe anxiety or depression after receiving facial cosmetic injections. We presented a 32‐year‐old woman who developed frequent panic, tension headache, tachycardia, shortness of breath, and sleep disorder for a year after the injection of hyaluronic acid on her forehead and glabella. Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed multiple flaky and slightly longer T1, slightly longer T2 signals on the anterior frontal white matter. However, the patient's brain MRI scan 5 months before the injection showed no such performance. The patient was asked to consult the psychiatrist and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. We name such phenomenon by Emotional disorder syndrome after cosmetic facial injection and assume that there are three major reasons for the emergence of this syndrome. One reason may be that emotional disorder is caused by the mental state of the patient. The second reason to explain the emotional disorder might be the frontal lobe syndrome caused by the frontal embolism during the filler injection. Another reason may be leukoaraiosis, a brain white matter change which may cause depression and anxiety.  相似文献

上海交通大学医学院借鉴北美医学院校的培养模式,从2002年起在国内率先开展临床医学专业"4+4"培养项目,招收优秀非医学应届本科毕业生攻读4年医学课程。经过20年的实践,交大医学院已积累了一系列具有中国特色且行之有效的办学经验,同时也面临问题和困惑。本研究对比分析交大医学院和美国一流医学院校哈佛医学院、斯坦福大学医学院的"4+4"人才培养模式,并从培养目标、招生方式与规模、课程设置、学位授予标准等方面展开深入探讨。研究表明,未来交大医学院还需通过凸显特色人才培养目标,完善招生标准与流程,优化课程体系,平衡临床和科研能力培养等举措加大教育教学改革力度,助力推进"4+4"临床医学人才培养模式从优秀迈向卓越。  相似文献

目的观察电针干预对佐剂性关节炎大鼠踝关节滑膜细胞凋亡和相关蛋白基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法32只雄性SD大鼠被随机分为生理盐水组、模型组、电针干预组和假电针干预组,每组8只。生理盐水组大鼠在双侧足垫部注射模拟造模,其余大鼠用弗氏完全佐剂在双侧足垫部注射造模。电针干预组大鼠予以电针干预。假电针干预组予以假电针刺激处理。HE染色观察模型大鼠踝关节炎症进展情况,Tunnel法检测模型大鼠踝关节滑膜细胞凋亡情况,RT-PCR检测踝关节滑膜的MMP-3、MMP-9的mRNA表达,Western blot检测踝关节滑膜的MMP-3、MMP-9的蛋白表达。结果HE染色显示,电针干预组大鼠的关节炎症显著轻于模型组。Tunnel法检测,电针干预可以促进关节炎大鼠的滑膜细胞凋亡。RT-PCR和Western blot检测结果显示,电针干预可以显著降低关节炎大鼠踝关节滑膜组织中的MMP-3、MMP-9 mRNA和蛋白表达水平(P<0.05)。结论电针干预可以显著减轻佐剂性关节炎大鼠的关节炎症和增殖的滑膜细胞数量,其分子机制可能和电针降低局部的MMP-3、MMP-9蛋白的表达有关。  相似文献
